Here is a calendar with each day having a specific exercise to do. There are no time limits or number you have to do; simply do as many as you can OR for how long you can do it! If you're anything like me, you will want to compete with yourself. So, let's say I did 10 jump ropes one day; then the next time I do it, I will want to go for a higher number - like 15! Always compete with yourself, but do NOT be hard on yourself! If you want to speak to someone and share what you did, you can always contact me! I will be your biggest cheerleader.
